Hit-A-Thon:
A Celebration of Strength & Skill
Join us on January 18th, 2025, for the 2nd annual Hit-A-Thon, where all players will have three opportunities to hit five balls and make them fly! We'll combine the distances of their farthest three hits to determine each player’s score, with a maximum of 1200 feet.
To pay tribute to their prowess, we welcome donations in various forms. If you prefer a subtle tribute, a penny per foot is sufficient, with a maximum donation of $12. For the more generous, ten cents per foot may be bestowed, with a generous cap of $120. For those who hold their might in the highest regard, a donation of fifty cents per foot is appreciated, with a ceiling as grand as $600. Flat donations are also welcome. Let's celebrate their amazing talent!
We are raising money for our local tournament costs and the trip to Florida in May to compete in the Homeschool World Series. The Texans Homeschool Athletic Foundation exists to provide homeschool athletes with competitive high school opportunities. We are a 501C3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.
Players, download your pledge sheets here, and bring the completed document with you on January 18th.
Each player is to bring at least $150 in pledges. There will be a prize for the player on each team that brings in the highest total pledges.

Pledge sheets will be turned in at the start of the tournament.

Pledges will be collected based on total distance measured in feet multiplied by the pledge amount.

Players may also get a pledge for a flat donation.

Players will get 3 rounds to put 5 balls in play.

Balls put in-play will be allowed to roll to final distance, and that distance will be recorded.

The top 3 distances for each player will be added together for their Total distance scored.

Donors will be emailed an invoice within 7 days of the event with their final donation amount.
